We always aim at delivering your order as soon as possible. Normally orders of items in stock ship within 1-2 business days from order confirmation.

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the items which you ordered have been dispatched to you.

Shipments will be carried through Hellenic Post Office (ELTA). Shipping times are estimated only and vary depending on the shipping destination. For security reasons, we shall not process any order for which an incomplete delivery address has been provided.

Modifying Your Order

Once you have submitted your order, we have limited ability to make modifications. Please contact us via email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. as soon as possible with any requests as we are unable to make modifications or cancellations after we have started the shipment process.


Split Delivery

If your order consists of several items we reserve the right to split the delivery. In the event of split delivery, you will receive tracking for each parcel. You will not be charged for any additional delivery costs.



Items shall be returned in a new and unused condition, with all labels and tags intact and in the original packaging. Used, modified, or damaged items will not be accepted.

You may ask for a replacement of the product only if:

- The product and its packaging have not been used or damaged and it is in a saleable condition.

- The product to be accompanied by all necessary documents to prove transaction

Notification to us up until 5 days upon product delivery.

Please note that shipping costs to replace the product are being paid by the customer.




The amount of time this takes will depend on which bank or card issuer you have. Unfortunately this delay is outside of our control.  In the event that we are unable to refund your credit card we will contact you to arrange an alternative means of refunding your order.
